Hexachloropropene is used as a solvent. It is also is used in organic synthesis for the production of Uranium Tetra Chloride (UCl4).

Insoluble in water.

Notes
Incompatible materials are oxidizing agents. Store in cool place. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Store away from oxidizing agents.
